All classes at our venues are booked through Class Bento which is a platform that promotes small businesses that offer art and craft classes like ours. When you book through the Class Bento platform, your funds are protected with Class Bento's full money back guarantee.

"Our mission is to improve mental wellbeing through our workshops and experiences. We curate our teachers and hosts carefully to ensure that they are of high quality. That's why we provide a money-back guarantee*: If you're unsatisfied with this experience, just leave it at least 20 minutes before it ends, and tell us (the ClassBento team) the reason for your dissatisfaction within 4 hours of that time, and we'll provide you with a refund. For extra peace of mind, all our bookings are covered by our £10 million public liability insurance. * We may choose to limit our refund per customer at £500. In some rare cases, we may also require you to show us your photo ID before we process the refund."

The 20% deposit you pay includes a £35 non-refundable administration fee

If you cancel your booking for any reason, your deposit may only be 'partially' refunded under specific conditions

​

1. If you cancel your order after the deposit has been paid, theres a minimum £35 cancellation penalty fee which will be deducted from your deposit.

2. None of your deposit will be refunded if the total deposit you paid is less than £35.01

​

3. None of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel your order after 7 days of confirmation.
