6-Week Stop Motion Animation Course For 3 - 6 Year Olds

This exciting 6-week Stop Motion Animation course takes children on a creative filmmaking journey where they will work together to produce their own animated short film. Throughout the course, students will design characters, build imaginative sets, and learn how to animate frame by frame using stop motion techniques. Each session develops key creative skills including storytelling, model making, animation, camera work, and collaboration. Students will also explore sound design and simple editing techniques to help bring their final film to life.

Brief: A Forest Adventure

Each child will create their own fantastical forest creature using a variety of creative materials. Together, the group will then design and build a magical forest set filled with trees, textures, and natural scenery. Once the characters and environment are complete, students will use stop motion animation techniques to bring their forest world to life on screen.
