6-Week Stop Motion Animation Course For 7 - 11 Year Olds

Through collaborative storytelling and stop motion animation, students will design characters, construct sets, animate movement frame by frame, and work together as a creative production team.

Story To Animate: Pieced Together

In a small rusty town lives a bright young robot with big ideas and grand plans. The town itself is an imaginative machine, with every building and walkway acting as part of a greater system. At its centre, a single piece is missing. The young robot becomes convinced that he alone can design and build this final piece, hoping to prove how clever and talented he is. But as he struggles to raise the enormous cog on his own, the other robots calmly step in to help. Working together to complete the machine helps the young robot realise that everyone has something valuable to offer and an important role to play.
